Fee for Service - Tax Certificates
A Tax Certificate is a legal document from Strathcona County indicating the financial status of taxes for a particular property
The certificate indicates whether taxes for a specific property are paid, in arrears, or paid via Strathcona County's monthly instalment plan
Tax Certificates may be required by law firms or financial institutions when a property is being sold, refinanced or as a verification of paid taxes.
Each Tax Certificate costs $38 and may be purchased online with VISA or Mastercard only.
