Fines
If you burn without a fire permit or in violation of burning regulations you may be subject to fines and may also be charged for the cost of extinguishing the fire.
If your fire causes damage to others you may also be responsible for the costs to repair the damage, whether you have a valid fire permit or not.
Fines and penalties are assessed at the discretion of the Fire Marshal.
