Make your address visible
Is you house number clearly posted?
When called, emergency responders need to be able to find your house without delay. Minutes count in an emergency. Strathcona County's Addressing Bylaw (33-91) requires that addresses be posted clearly in front of each residence.
The letters and numbers on the sign must be at least 75 mm high. The sign must be in an obvious place next to the driveway at the property line, or on the mail box or paper delivery box. It is not necessary to post your name, only your address. Learn more.
