Rescue
All Strathcona County Emergency Services (SCES) personnel are trained in basic rescue response for high angle, confined space, hazardous materials, water and motor vehicle incidents.
In addition, SCES maintains two speciality teams in Technical (high angle, confined space and collapsed structures) and Water Rescue. The members of these teams acquire specialized training and attend regular training sessions to maintain a high level of competency.
