2012 Women's Wellness Conference

Make it a day about you... attend, connect, rejuvenate! Windows on Wellness - A Women's Conference is on March 17, 2012. This is the 9th Windows on Wellness Conference since 1998. Participants can choose from nearly 50 sessions on personal wellness, relationships, and wisdom.

Start your day with an energizing group drumming activity. Group drumming has a positive impact on the immune system, brain functioning, mood and stress reduction. It is an enjoyable, accessible and fulfilling activity for everyone. (Bring earplugs if you think you may need them!)

Over lunch, spend some time learning about health and wellness opportunities in the display table area and sign up for a $10, ten minute mini-massage or reflexology session.

When:  Saturday, March 17, 2012 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Where:  Bev Facey Community High School, 99 Colwill Boulevard, Sherwood Park
Fee:  $45 per person (subsidies available for those who qualify)
Registration Deadline:  March 9, 2012

Registration fee includes:

  • Choice of three sessions out of 48 options, such as Investing for Women, Beauty for All Ages, Health by Chocolate and Introduction to Hoopdance
  • Continental breakfast and hot buffet lunch
  • Door prizes and grand prize package
  • Display tables available over lunchtime
