Community Drug and Alcohol Awareness
The Community Drug and Alcohol Strategy Committee in Strathcona County was formed in 2002 to address drug and alcohol issues. This partnership consists of health, RCMP, social service organizations, community groups and municipal departments, along with concerned community members, who work together to create solutions.
The committee writes a series of articles about topics related to alcohol and drugs which also appear in the Sherwood Park News.
