Agendas and Council packages (reports) are added to this website the Friday prior to each Council meeting, usually by 4:30 p.m. There may occasionally be a delay as a result of technical problems; if this happens, we will make every effort to post the materials as soon as possible.

Meetings are held in Council Chambers, on the 2nd floor of County Hall, 2001 Sherwood Drive, Sherwood Park, Alberta.

Public Hearings & Council Open House

Public Hearings: Provide an opportunity for members of the public to speak to Council on advertised planning and development matters. Please register in advance, or you may identify your wish to speak at the meeting.

Council Open House, held twice a month as part of the Council Meeting, provides an opportunity for members of the public to speak to Council once on any topic.

Call 464-8105 to register. To speak to Council at a Public Hearing or Open House, please register in advance; or you may identify your wish to speak at the meeting. Those registered will be heard first. Presentation time is limited to five minutes. Written comments will also be accepted. The names of presenters will become part of the public record. Other personal information is protected under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIP) Act.
