Community Centre - Events and Bookings
The Community Centre
A place for culture, learning, services and celebration, the new Community Centre officially opened on December 5, 2010. Within this year-round hub, the community can enjoy the new library, access municipal services, and host meetings and events in the new spaces available.
Community Centre room bookings
The Community Centre offers several public spaces for community use. As the building's name signifies, this new facility is our community's building. It is meant to be an inviting and active place for everyone to use and enjoy. For more information please see Strathcona County's Community Centre Room Booking Guidelines.
Bookable spaces in the Community Centre include:

the Agora large public event space

flexible meeting room spaces on the ground level of the Community Centre

Council Chambers, which will be available at certain times for community bookings
