Step'n strength
This refreshing class combines high-energy step moves and resistance training exercises with hand weights, bodybars and tubing. The result - a pumping cardio workout that challenges and tones your whole body.
Pure Muscle
Tone and strengthen your whole body with this non-cardio workout. With the use of tubing, hand weights, bodybars, resistaballs and your own body weight, you'll get a fabulous workout full of variety.
Pure Cardio
Boredom is not an option here! Each week will be a surprise as the instructor leads you through hi/lo, step, circuit intervals and more. Come prepared to sweat, have fun & push your body to its limits, whatever your fitness level.
Pick your pace
In this class, low-impact exercises enhance muscle and bone strength. This class mixes weights, dynabands, mat work, friends and fun for strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. The intensity level can be adjusted to suit your needs and is suitable for those individuals with bone or joint problems.
20/20/20
Want to get it all done in an hour? Twenty minutes each of cardiovascular work, strength/conditioning and a combination of abs & stretching.

Pure Basics
Never done a fitness class? This class is for everyone! Designed to demonstrate the basics of step, boxing, hi/lo, muscle worx and more, it also offers alternatives for every fitness level. Guaranteed to make you sweat without confusion.

Bootcamp
Try this challenging, non-choreographed class that mixes a variety of drills and intervals to keep you on your toes. But if you have two left feet - don't worry! This is a great class for anyone who's not-so-coordinated, but wants an intense, exciting workout.
Pure Step
Step it out with this classic workout. This class is filled with challenging choreography and intense energetic moves for an awesome workout.
Lifelong recreation 50+
Pump and walk
Walking and weights go hand-in-hand in this class. Walking is one of the safest and most common exercises that you can do to help your heart and lungs. Add in a few weight exercises, and you will find it easier to do everyday activities like open jars, get out of chairs and vacuum your home. So, why not step up to the challenge and walk the indoor track during this friendly group activity.
