Play Days
Play Days are hosted by Everybody Gets to Play to allow kids to instinctively, creatively and energetically have fun. It is a celebration of community to celebrate play, encourage the benefits of year-round play and support the development of healthy, active and creative children.
Play Days provide children free and active play options that appeal to all of their senses. Each activity celebrates getting back to the basics - digging in the sand, building forts, playing games; the kind of activities that come naturally to kids!
Each Play Day will consist of a variety of different activities such as sand and water play, building, science and bubble zones.
Nature Play Day at Strathcona Wilderness Centre
June 15 1 - 4 p.m.
Play Days at Broadmoor Lake Park
July 18 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
August 14 3 - 7 p.m.
Play Days at Ardrossan Recreation Complex
July 31 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
