Junior and Senior High School Routes

Routes run September 4, 2012 - June 28, 2013.

We have simplified service. For the majority of students this new system allows for shorter ride times and more flexibility. Schedules are easier to understand and students no longer ride "school specials," allieviating confusion between buses.

Here is how it works:

  • All students riding public transit will ride their established local bus route to either Strathcona Station on Bethel Drive or the Transit Centre on Ordze Road.
  • From the terminals, students will now be able to get to their schools by taking either: a short trip on one of our new peak-hour routes, or a quick trip on one of the established local routes.

See it's simple! Hard copies of these schedules are available at the schools or you can print them off from here.

Your Local route and schedule
To find your local bus route and its schedule, just click here and visit the local map to find the route in your neighbourhood. Next, click on to the appropriate schedule to find out what time to ride your bus to the terminal. As you decide which bus to take, please ensure you arrive at your appropriate terminal in order to catch the peak hour bus serving your school.

For high school students in Maplegrove, Brentwood and Glen Allan areas, route 444 provides access to Strathcona Station.  Route 444 map  444 schedule

Note:
Routes are developed based on demand. Based on expected ridership, the new routes will no longer be going past all schools in Sherwood Park. This may increase walking distances for students in the public system who wish to take public transit instead of the yellow bus.
