Outside of listed hours, the public can access help using the after-hours public phone inside the front door of the detachment.

- Main reception - Front Desk is opened the following hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (Closed Sundays and statutory holidays) - Saturday, 900 - 1:00 pm
- Criminal records/security clearance
Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. - Saturday: 9:00 - 1:00 pm
- Fingerprinting ($26.25 / set) i.e. for pardons, immigration and employment purpose
Monday to Thursday, 8a.m. to 3 p.m. - Enforcement Services
Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Digital Fingerprinting
For County or non-County residents: $80 each, exact cash, debit, Mastercard or Visa. Results to be returned within a week if no criminal record exists. Up to 120 days if a criminal record exists.
Criminal records checks
*Note: Criminal record checks for non-residents will be processed in 7 days.
- Strathcona County residents $30 (processed immediately)
- Non-residents $60 (processed in 7 days)
- City of Edmonton Residents - If you require a vulnerable sector check as part of your criminal record check we can no longer process your application due to a change in national policy. You must have your application processed through Edmonton City Police.
