Agendas, reports and minutes
Council meeting agendas and reports are posted to this website the Friday before the meeting date.

Council meeting minutes are posted once approved by Council.  Council minutes prior to July 16, 2002 can be obtained by contacting the Legislative Officer at 780-464-8105.

Meetings are subject to change or cancellation.
Council Meetings are held in Council Chambers, in County Hall, 2001 Sherwood Drive, Sherwood Park, Alberta.

Members of the public are welcome to attend and observe all Council Meetings.

Public Hearings
Provide an opportunity for members of the public to speak to Council on advertised planning and development matters.

Council Open House
Provides an opportunity for members of the public to speak to Council once on any topic (some restrictions apply).

To register to speak call 780-464-8105.  Please register in advance.  People who have registered in advance will be heard first.  You also have the option to add your name to the list of speakers at the meeting.

Presentation time is limited to five minutes for each speaker. Written comments are also accepted. The names of presenters become part of the public record.  Other personal information is protected by the privacy provisions of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIP) Act.
